I was looking for a farmhouse plot. Classic homes had just launched the sight of 52 greenhills at Garade. It was under pre launch. I was bit sceptical, as it was his first project, and It still had to undergo a complete infrastructural changes. But I took the risk and bought it. Mustafa not only cleared the title and the paper works, but he even completed the water, electricity, road, gate & all the safety measures works within no time. The saat bara & demarcation work was also done on time. I m thankful for giving me this gratification. I was one of the first buyers, but I would recommend him for future support for giving such prompt services.
